Help?
So I know that even when we are reading a good book like Al Capone, sometimes its hard to stay focused and keep reading. Especially when you have other things zipping though your mind. What do you do to stay focused? OR what do you think might help?
Being alone in a room like in the library or in the hall way where no one can distract me when i am trying to work and even on my bus in the mornings when hardly any body rides posably on my quiet front porch where i coul be alone. If i bet distracted while i am trying to read my book i would probably go in my room and get some ear phones or just go tell them to be quiet i am trying to read for my ar test wich is tomorrow.
When i read i like to listen to music cause it helps me .... i don't relly know how but it dose ... so it would be cool if u could bring some music in and let us listen to it!!!!!!!!!!!!
Micheal Ann says...When I am trying to complete my homework, I have to have the TV on with low volume. If the TV is too loud though, I lose focus and start paying attention to the TV. I have tried to listen to music in low volume and complete my homework, but i become distrated and start singing along in my mind or humming to the tune. :D
When I am reading on my own, noises really distract me. At home I usually wear earplugs so I can concentrate when I read.

ReplyDeleteWhen I read if there is talking or someone distracting me, then it is hard for me to read. I think it is good for someone to read in a quiet place.
